The Garuda Seva is an elaborate procession in which the idol of Lord Venkateswara is carried on a beautifully decorated chariot, known as the Garuda Vahana. The procession begins from the main temple and goes around the streets of Tirumala, accompanied by the devotional songs and chanting of hymns. Devotees from all over the country gather to witness the event and offer their prayers to Lord Venkateswara.
